Is a small batch atelier workshop and studio based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Our design processes and productions are local, we take pride in bringing to life beautiful, simple design Made in Mexico and sharing it with the world.
What is our design objective?
Our design objective is to create everyday wear with juxtaposed tendencies along highly skilled and balanced pattern-making made for unique individuals
What is the Komorebi® Series?
Komorebi® was the moniker of our first boutique and our primary design studio and it was also a label for store staples at the time; as of 2022 we incorporated the Komorebi® name into the Lobo con piel de Oveja brand as LCPDO Komorebi Series, allowing us a space within the brand to explore mini series of garments.
What is your return policy?
Komorebi ® Premium Goods will happily accept returns on full price products. The item/s must be in original condition with all tags or original packaging remaining in place, including hygiene seal. (for swimwear, undergarments must be worn when trying on items) Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
Komorebi ® does not offer refunds on original shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival, the wrong size or product was sent, those fees must be absorbed by the requesting customer.
All returns must be sent to our returns warehouse based in Guadalajara, Mexico

How do I request an exchange?
Requesting an exchange is really easy! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin your exchange process. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days after the item(s) have arrived the shipping address. Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods exchanged, other than for faulty items (read return policy). We are also unable to refund return postage costs from your address to ours. Once the item(s) have been received at our facilities, your exchange item(s) will be shipped to your original shipping address, unless otherwise requested and confirmed by us.
Komorebi ® Premium Goods can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned to us, the customer will be held responsible. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
How can I track my order?
When your order is successfully paid, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order!

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Debit Cards and all major Credit Cards.
How does Bank Deposit method work?
After you have checked out, you will have to add a billing and shipping address, from there you will proceed to a page where promo codes can be inserted if you have one and where you will chose your payment method.
If you choose Bank Deposit, you can check out instantly, a message will apear on your screen with all the needed instructions in order for you to make your payment via bank deposite or transfer.
We hold your products for 24 hours while you make your payment, if we don't hear from you with those 24 hours we will cancel your order.
